Due to rising demand and limited space, 72 hour notice of cancellation is required. If you cancel 72 hours or less before your appointment, a 50% charge of all the services you were scheduled for will be charged automatically. If you cancel 24 hours or less, or No Show, you will be charged 100% of the services you are booked for, automatically. Appointment will be deemed “No Show” 20 minutes past scheduled appointment time with no communication. (Text, call, smoke signals 😝) I understand that life can get a little crazy and unavoidable circumstances can happen from time to time.
